Timothy B. Murphy, Attorney, Owner
Bayview Title Agency, the only locally owned title company in Petoskey, was established by Tim in 1982. He and his wife Judy have three children and have lived in Petoskey for over 20 years. Tim is an alumnus of the University of Michigan and graduated from the Detroit College of Law in 1979. Tim is a member of the following organizations:

• Michigan Association of Realtors
• Emmet Board of Realtors
• Michigan Land Title Association

Lenora Johnston is Chief Escrow Officer. She has been with Bayview Title Agency since 2000 and has over 20 years of experience in the title insurance field. Lenora conducts the majority of our closings and works closely with Tim, insuring that each closing goes smoothly. Lenora is a licensed title agent for the State of Michigan.

Brandi Wolf is Assistant Escrow Officer. Born and raised in Petoskey, Brandi graduated from Lake Superior State University in 2001 with a BS degree in Legal Assistant Studies. Prior to joining Bayview Title, she worked as a post closer for a title insurance company in Atlanta, Georgia. Brandi works closely with Lenora and Tim in all aspects of the closing process.

Deborah Fullford, GRI joined Bayview Title Agency in 2005 as Marketing Representative. Deborah was a successful real estate agent for seven years, a fact that is much appreciated by our Realtor clients. Her role is to consult with clients; devising strategies to assist them in marketing, education, client communication and, of course, to have the smoothest, fastest, most accurate closings on the planet!

Lenore Quintiliano has been with Bayview Title Agency since 2003. She has considerable experience with all aspects of office management. Her duties include payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, construction loan draws, escrow reconciliation, computer support and office morale.
